Hi, I'm Fernando, and let me start by telling you a story.  We all have dreams and visions about our future, but sometimes we wonder of how we could actually arrive at our destination. One day when I was walking to a Chemistry class at the University of Houston, a person who was wearing medical scrubs caught my attention. I was timid and insecure when I was young, so it wasn't easy for me to introduce myself to a stranger. But something in me pushed me, and the curiosity of a person who was actually inside the medical field overwhelmed me. So I introduced myself and asked how he got into the medical field. He guided me to the surgical tech course at the Houston Community College and told me about the program they had. After achieving my certificate as a surgical tech and working at the Methodist Hospital at the Medical Center for 6 years, one evening when I was working my shift, I amazingly saw this same guy who was wearing scrubs passing by the operating room.  Without him knowing, he helped me arrive at a position where I learned how to excel to work as a team in an elite operating room environment. I believe nothing is of coincidence in life. We all need each other.  Everything I learned while working in the operating room, has made me strong and reliable in my real estate career. My passion is real estate and now I do it full time. It's been more than 10 years since I started, and I'm going to keep on doing it until I meet another stranger that guides me to my next destination.
